Bailey Ground Lodge - Seascale

Spacious room with amazing sea views. Limited dining options made meals challenging .

The beds are comfy, breakfast is excellent and the staff are all loyal! The room was spotless and good sized.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were amicable. The rooms were huge equipped with all the facilities, kettle, as example. The location was stunning and brilliant, for example, Seascale Golf Club was around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The direct sea view from my room was amazing, especially during sunset.

Unfortunately, the room we stayed in lacked adequate kitchenware such as plates and cutlery, making it inconvenient for takeaway meals.

We got a room with a bathtub.

The direct sea view from the room kept me entertained throughout the stay. Spacious with comfortable beds.

Cleanliness was a major issue. Dust on surfaces and stained teacups. The lack of kitchenware left us scrambling for meals, and the random fridge in the room seemed more like an afterthought than a convenience. The distant sounds of a toilet running all night added an unwelcome soundtrack to our rest.

The sea view was fine, but the room had broken furniture and dust everywhere.

Bloody lekker sea view from my room, like, every sunset was a proper treat! Super clean digs and comfy bed-best zzzs ever! Staff were friendly, made check-in sharp-sharp, helped with everything I needed.

Only downside was the lack of kitchenware-cooked my own brekkie but had to get a bit creative with the stuff I had.

The room was spacious with an extra large bed that offered great comfort for our stay. Having a modern ensuite, and the cleanliness of our accommodation was really good. The sea view we requested was really good, especially during sunset.

It was disappointing to find that the kitchenware provided was insufficient for preparing simple meals.

The room was well equipped, spacious, and offered amazing views of the sea. The kids loved being just a stone's throw away from the beach, and the house keeping team was friendly and kept everything stocked up. It was great to watch the sunrise from our room every morning!

The lodge was modern, spotless, and had a beautiful view. They provided a TV set and an iron for us to use. - Bailey Ground Lodge is situated in a quiet and remote location near the seafront and close to the train station.

The rooms at Bailey Ground Lodge are modern and very clean. the beds are comfortable, and the wifi is good. the location is fantastic, close to popular attractions like Muncaster Castle, the picturesque seafront of the Western coast of the Lake District, and tranquil beaches.
